Xinchun Tan

Xinchun Tan has extensive experience in data services, analytics, and digital transformation. They currently hold the position of Head of Data Services APAC at Collinson, where they are responsible for managing data teams and driving data initiatives. Prior to this, Tan worked as a Principal Manager at SkillsFuture SG, overseeing various data analytics programs and partnering with product partners to design and manage data analytics platforms. They also held roles at ST Engineering, NCS Group, and CHARLES & KEITH GROUP, where they led teams, developed digital platforms, implemented analytics solutions, and initiated marketing campaigns. Tan has a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and customer experience management.

Xinchun Tan obtained a Diploma in Multimedia and Infocomm Technology, Major in Web-Based Design from Nanyang Polytechnic, from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Xinchun studied at Murdoch University and earned a degree in Communication and Media Studies, specializing in Mass Communication/Media Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Xinchun Tan also obtained various certifications in different fields. These include being an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), also from the Scrum Alliance. Other certifications include Advanced Design Thinking from Emerge Creatives- Design Thinkers Group, Managing Business Analytics Projects from NUS Information Technology, Data Scientist Training from Cloudera, and a range of other certifications related to data analytics, user experience design, and mobile applications.
