Sharon Fryer is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, currently serving as a Partner at Collyer Bristow LLP since August 2019, specializing in corporate law with a focus on acquisitions, disposals, and corporate group structures. Prior to this, Sharon was a Partner at Thomas Cooper LLP from September 2015 to June 2019 and at PwC Legal LLP from December 2000 to July 2015, where expertise included advising on English company law and complex multinational structures. Sharon began their legal career as a Solicitor at Linklaters between September 1995 and December 2000. Sharon holds an MA in Law (Jurisprudence) from the University of Oxford, completed in 1994, and attended The Wallace High School from 1984 to 1991.
