Healthcare and Social Protection

The Healthcare and Social Protection team at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia develops and implements policies to promote health, prevent disease, ensure quality healthcare delivery, and manage social health insurance. They also conduct risk assessments and coordinate intersectoral efforts to address the social determinants of health, ultimately aiming to improve the overall health and wellbeing of Colombia's population.
