María Ibáñez Padilla

Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and served as a Catedrático universitario at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
