ROLAND CECILIE is a seasoned entrepreneur and manager with extensive experience in the retail and food service sectors. As the founder of Bungalow Republik since January 2022, ROLAND has successfully established ventures, including as a franchise owner at Columbus Café & Co since February 2012 and as a franchise entrepreneur under Columbus Café since August 2011, where one location became the highest-grossing in the network. Previous roles include multi-sector profit center director at DIA, where ROLAND managed a 1,200 m² store and a team of ten, and similar leadership positions at Starbucks Coffee, Boulangerie Paul, KFC, and H&M. ROLAND’s expertise encompasses team management, sales analysis, budget preparation, and operational efficiency, alongside a solid educational foundation with a BAC in Management.
