Jenni Marsh

For over three decades, Jenni Marsh has led teams with an insightful approach to engagement and collaboration. During her career in health care she has demonstrated adaptability in effectively leading various teams, including Departments of Behavioral Health, Corporate Education, and Human Resources. Jenni was a member of the Executive Team and led the People functions of her independent hospital through two acquisitions. During that time, she worked with several executive groups to facilitate talent planning and led strategy for people resources. Jenni served as faculty for the UNC Health Care System Leadership Academies. As Director of Consulting with the Truist Leadership Institute, she brings a passion for leveraging self-awareness to challenge growth in individuals and in teams.
