Daniel K. McCaul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel K. started their career as an IT Analyst at Bovis Lend Lease in 2001 and then transitioned to Anthem, Inc. where they worked as a Project Coordinator & IT Business Analyst from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined Cathay Pigments (USA), Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast, primarily serving the construction industry. In 2008, they moved to Italmatch Chemicals Spa and took on various roles such as Regional Sales Manager - Southeast, Regional Sales Manager - Southwest, and National Sales Manager. In 2016, after the acquisition of Compass Chemical by Italmatch Chemicals Spa, they became the Marketing Manager - Americas, managing key accounts and leading the Americas Marketing team. Finally, Daniel joined Colonial Chemical, Inc. in 2018 as the North American Sales Manager, responsible for managing a Sales team and providing surfactant solutions to various markets. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of North American Sales Director at the company.
Daniel K. McCaul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Information Systems from Vanderbilt University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Daniel obtained a Verified Certificate for Contract Law from edX in November 2020.
