Celeste Barber is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the HR Director at Colonial Country Club since August 2007, Celeste manages a range of HR functions for a diverse workforce in a prestigious environment known for its hospitality and sports events. Prior to this, Celeste held key positions such as Senior Recruiter at Corporate Talent Resources, Recruiting Manager at Weaver and Tidwell, Regional Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Employee Relations Manager at Southwest Airlines. Educated in journalism with degrees from the University of Texas -- Permian Basin and Odessa College, Celeste has developed a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and human resource management throughout a career spanning over three decades.
