Cameron Winston

Cameron Winston has extensive experience in sales training and management, currently serving as a Sales Trainer, Agency Development Manager, and Agency Sales Manager at Colonial Life since April 2018. Responsibilities include proficient prospecting, systematic coaching during call labs and joint field work, conducting appointments with new representatives, assisting in new rep sales achievements, and providing training for future leadership roles. Prior to this, Cameron worked as a Veterinary Technician at Airport Road Animal Hospital from August 2014 to July 2017, where duties included implementing treatment regimens and administering medication to hospitalized animals, as well as training new assistants and technicians. Cameron holds education from the University of Central Arkansas, attended between 2013 and 2015.
