Scotty Davis

Scotty Davis has extensive experience in the right of way and pipeline safety sectors, currently serving as Manager of Field Right of Way at Colonial Pipeline Company since June 2021. Previous roles at Colonial included Manager of Right of Way and Public Engagement Processes and Procedures, as well as Right of Way Supervisor. Prior to joining Colonial, Scotty held the position of North Georgia District Manager at UtiliQuest, LLC, and served as a Pipeline Safety Inspector for the Georgia Public Service Commission. Additional experience includes roles such as District Supervisor at USIC, Asset Protection Supervisor and Right of Way Inspector at Southern Company Gas, Operations Manager at Heath Consultants Incorporated, and Lead Tech at UtiliQuest, LLC.
