Matthias Weiss

Matthias Weiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality sectors. Since September 2018, Matthias has served as the Verkaufsleiter for MEIN BECK GMBH, overseeing seven MeinBeck branches and various market locations. Concurrently, since May 2016, Matthias has been a Foodscout and Associate Partner at Colono Gourmet, focusing on authentic Spanish premium foods for B2B and B2C markets. Additionally, Matthias has been the Geschäftsführer and Foodscout at el Hans, a renowned Spanish fine dining restaurant in Vienna, since September 2013. Matthias also held the position of Hoteldirektor at Parkhotel Residence from April 2017 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include a Magister degree from Universität Innsbruck and studies at Università degli Studi di Salerno and the University of Vienna.
