Stephen Herman is currently the Vice President of Small Business Specialty Lending at Colony Bank. Prior to joining Colony Bank, Stephen held roles such as Senior Credit Officer at TD and EVP/Chief Lending Officer at Carolina Federal Savings Bank. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, Stephen has built a strong foundation in the banking industry over the years, serving in various leadership positions.
