Audrey D. Hollingsworth currently serves as Vice President of People Services for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers. She previously served as President of the Hollingsworth Group and Group Executive, Chief People Officer for Synovus Financial Corporation, where she led a 26-year banking career. Hollingsworth serves on the Board of Directors for the Development Authority Foundation Board, the University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development Advisory Board, the Mayor’s Advisory Committee for Public Safety and Law Enforcement, and the Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce, of which she is Past Chairman. In addition, she is an alumna, Past President, and Chairman of Leadership Georgia and is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Hollingsworth is a recipient of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia’s Women of Achievement Award.

R. Dallis “D” Copeland, Jr. has served as President of Colony Bankcorp and Colony Bank since September 2022. Copeland joined Colony Bank in July 2021 as a Special Advisor of the Company and the Bank bringing 30 years of banking and executive leadership experience with him. Prior to joining Colony Bank, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Community Banking Officer at Synovus Financial Corporation from 2015 until 2019. From 2009 through 2015, Copeland served as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer.

Leonard H. (“Lenny”) Bateman, Jr., has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer since June 1, 2020. He joined Colony Bank as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer through the merger of Colony Bank and Calumet Bank in May 2019. Bateman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Calumet Bank from 2012 until the merger, having joined Calumet Bank as Senior Vice President – Chief Lending Officer and one of the founding officers of Calumet Bank in 2007. Bateman’s banking experience spans nearly 25 years in various positions of increasing responsibility with banks throughout Georgia. He is a past board member of the Community Bankers Association and the Community Bankers Committee of the Georgia Bankers Association. Additionally, he has held past positions on the board of the Troup/Chambers County Habitat for Humanity serving as both Treasurer and Chairman and has served on the West Georgia Medical Center Foundation committee.
