Neale Redington

Neale Redington has worked in various financial and accounting roles throughout their career. Neale joined DigitalBridge in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer, Non-Digital. Prior to that, they held the same position at Colony Capital, Inc. from 2008 to 2021, where they also served as the Chief Accounting Officer. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. Neale began their career at Deloitte in 1987, working as an Audit Partner and eventually becoming the US Partner-in-charge of Hospitality until 2008.

Neale Redington completed their education in Accounting from the University of Birmingham between the years 1984 and 1987. Neale obtained a Bachelor's degree with Honors, specifically a BComm(Acc)(Hons) degree.
