John Crawford

John Crawford has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Operational Consultant for Management Advisory Group, where they developed and introduced process changes in a large manufacturing plant. From 1996 to 1999, they served as the Director of Human Resources for New Horizons Computer Learning Center, supporting the company's rapid growth and coordinating strategic planning and restructuring. In 1999, they joined Husky Injection Molding Systems as the Manager of Human Resources, where they directed the shutdown of a manufacturing facility while ensuring stability of production requirements and leading the development of a technical support/installation team.

In 2000, John became the Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Honeywell, where they directed human resources for a multi-state manufacturing facility and collaborated with a nine-person business leadership team. John established various HR systems and best practices following a sale. From 2003 to 2009, they thrived as the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning & Human Resources at Mitsui-Kinzoku, resolving issues with companies worldwide and negotiating settlements.

From 2009 to 2013, John served as the Managing Director of Riverside Management Group, where they assisted high-potential clients in developing operational and human capital business plans. John also directly managed long-term, business-critical projects. In 2013, they joined Titan America as the Director of Human Resources for the Florida business unit, leading a team of over 800 employees and overseeing environmental, security, and property management.

From 2017 to 2020, John worked for Barnes Group Inc. as the Director of Human Resources for a $1 billion global segment. John was responsible for all HR activities, driving business strategies and creating alignment and engagement with the employees. In 2020, they joined Kaman Distribution as the Vice President of Human Resources, supporting the company's HR initiatives until 2022.

Currently, John Crawford is employed at Colony Hardware, where they started in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Chief Administrative Officer.

John Crawford attended UMass Boston from 1989 to 1992, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued further education at Albany Law School from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
