Erika Merrick

Erika Merrick has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global PMO & Innovation Excellence at Coloplast, Erika has previously held significant roles, including Head of Project Management Office & Innovation Excellence and Sr. Project Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Quality Manager at both Boston Scientific and Astora Women's Health, along with a role as a Post Market Analyst at Medtronic. Erika holds a CPPM in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas and has a foundational education from the University of Minnesota.
