Andrea Cadelli is currently working as a Program Manager and Ventures Manager at RedZone by SAES since January 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at SAES since February 2012, including Strategic Innovation & Tech Scouting. Andrea also has experience as a Product Development Engineer at B!POD and as a R&D Intern at Memry Corporation. Andrea has a background in Materials Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has completed additional education in Strategy Innovation and Design Thinking for Innovation. Andrea also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano and has contributed to various projects focusing on innovative solutions and product development in different industries.
