Jesper S. Lauesen

Jesper S. Lauesen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and reporting. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of Group Controlling and Reporting at Coloplast since July 2016, Jesper oversees the preparation of annual and quarterly reports for investors, consolidation of group accounts, and compliance with IFRS standards, while managing a team of six employees. Prior to this role, Jesper worked as Group Finance Manager at H+H International A/S, where responsibilities included financial controlling, annual report preparation, and oversight of compliance with IFRS. Previous positions also include Group Finance Controller at DONG Energy A/S and Senior Controller at TDC A/S, alongside early career experience as an Accountant at Deloitte. Jesper holds a Cand. Merc. Aud. degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
