Alex Benson

Alex Benson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the creative industry. In 2011, they worked as a Storyboard Artist for "The Aquabats Supershow." They then went on to work as a Designer for Evil Controllers in 2011 and as a Web & Print Production Designer for Park&Co from 2012 to 2014.

Alex then transitioned to working as a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator at StrongMind from 2014 to 2016. In 2018, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Digital Designer for a brief period. They also worked as a Design Consultant at Robert Half from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they held the position of Art Director at BreadnButter from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Alex worked at Microsoft again, starting in 2018, serving as an Art Director. In this role, they led the design vision for Microsoft's social media accounts and oversaw content creation for MicrosoftLife.com, a digital magazine focusing on diversity, inclusion, and social/environmental advocacy. In 2022, they joined COLOR as a Senior Animator. They are currently working at Rose City Games as a 3D Artist & Animator, starting in February 2022.

Alex Benson attended Arizona State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Intermedia/Multimedia.
