Sydney Williams

Sydney Williams has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and benefits administration. Sydney is currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Color Factory since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Philip's Education Partners, Inc. from July 2017 to September 2020. Sydney also served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Benefits at Youth Consultation Service (YCS) from August 2004 to July 2017. Before that, they worked as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Black Mountain Management from February 2001 to August 2004. Sydney began their career as a Benefits Coordinator at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP from May 1999 to February 2001 and later worked as a Benefits Specialist at Willis Towers Watson from May 1997 to May 1999.

Sydney Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance & Human Resources from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 1998. Later on, Sydney pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at Rutgers University - Newark from 2011 to 2013.
