Katy Mercer is an accomplished executive with significant experience in operations and management across various industries. As the Chief Executive Officer of Color Me Beautiful since June 2013, Katy has successfully coordinated logistics, maintained vendor relationships, and reduced operational costs while enhancing corporate culture. Katy has directed financial functions supporting annual revenues of up to $4 million and implemented efficient inventory management systems. Previously, as Director of Operations at The Wilson Law Firm, Katy managed accounting and human resources, improving client engagement and service. In an earlier role as Operations Manager at Briner, Incorporated, Katy oversaw mortgage loan funding and led the transition of accounting software systems, optimizing processes for over 50 employees.
