Arfa R. began working as a Co-Founder at Caria in March 2019, where they focused on simplifying menopause management using AI. In February 2021, they joined Color as the Director of Product. No end dates are provided for either position.

Arfa R. holds an MBA (Rhodes Scholarship) from the University of Oxford and an MSc (Rhodes Scholarship) from the University of Oxford. Arfa has also attended New York University.
