Caroline Romanoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline is currently serving as the Director of Client Services, Enterprise at Color since 2022. Previously, Caroline worked as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Cleo from 2021 to 2022, where they played a vital role in supporting families through a family benefits platform. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Success at Knowledge to Practice (K2P) from 2019 to 2021, where they spearheaded customer success and client retention strategies for an early-stage SaaS tool in the medical education sector. Caroline also gained substantial experience while working at The Advisory Board Company, where they served as a Director of Engagement Solutions and an Associate Director of Survey Solutions. Caroline led teams to drive cultural change, employee engagement, and survey administration strategies for healthcare organizations. Caroline's career began with roles at EAB, where they worked as an Implementation Senior Technology Consultant, and at Corporate Executive Board, where they were a Strategic Research Coordinator. Caroline Romanoff obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Anthropology from William & Mary between 2004 and 2008. Caroline also pursued studies in Public Health with a focus on Anthropology at the University of Adelaide in 2007.
