Caroline Whitman

Caroline Whitman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Caroline began their career as a Finance Analyst at Cardinal Health in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture. Caroline then joined McKinsey & Company in 2017 as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst in 2020. In 2019, Caroline worked as a Product Manager in the Health & Life Sciences division at Gates Ventures, on a secondment from McKinsey & Company. Caroline rejoined McKinsey & Company in 2020 and worked there until 2021. Most recently, Caroline has been working at Color as the Director of Market Development & Partnerships since July 2023. Within Color, they have held various roles, including Director, Business Operations, and Manager, Strategic Partnerships. Caroline has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, product management, and operational execution throughout their career.

Caroline Whitman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Caroline also earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration & Policy from Georgetown University. Prior to their university education, they attended Upper Arlington High School.
