Raven Rellosa

Raven Rellosa is an experienced recruiting and people operations professional with a diverse background in leading teams and driving operational efficiency across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of People Operations and Manager of Recruiting Operations at Color since August 2022, Rellosa focuses on supporting the mission to enhance individual health. Prior experience includes managerial roles at BetterUp and Wish, where Rellosa implemented significant changes in recruiting processes and systems management. Rellosa has also held positions at SurveyMonkey, Oracle, PayJunction, and the Office of Education Partnerships. Rellosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global & International Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
