Jaclyn King, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Colorado Access, where Jaclyn leads the learning and development team. Previously, Jaclyn worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Enablement at Innovaccer, focusing on data-driven learning strategies for over 1,200 employees, and at Aledade, Inc., where Jaclyn directed comprehensive learning and development initiatives for more than 300 staff. Jaclyn's extensive experience also includes roles as a Senior Consultant at The Lewin Group, a Senior Practice Facilitator at HealthTeamWorks, and leadership positions with cityWILD and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Jaclyn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
