Jadon began their academic journey in 1998 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2001, Webb continued their education at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where they obtained both an MD and a PhD in Medicine. This eight-year program, lasting from 2001 to 2009, provided him with a strong foundation in medical knowledge and research expertise.

In 2009, Webb joined the UT Southwestern Medical Center again, this time for their Adult Psychiatric Residency. This program, which lasted for three years until 2012, allowed him to further specialize in the field of psychiatry. Following the completion of their residency, Webb pursued a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the prestigious Yale Child Study Center from 2012 to 2014. This fellowship enabled him to gain expertise in working with children and adolescents who have psychiatric disorders.

Outside of their formal education, Webb obtained a Lean Leadership certification from the MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) in 2017. This certification signifies their proficiency in engaging in lean management practices within a healthcare setting.
