Matt Ullrich

Matt Ullrich has extensive experience in the legal and healthcare fields. Matt currently works as the Deputy General Counsel & Director of Legal Services at Colorado Access starting from September 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Associate General Counsel at Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) from October 2019 to September 2022. Before their role at CPMG, Matt worked as a Health Care Attorney at Caplan and Earnest LLC from June 2014 to October 2019. Matt began their career at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing in November 2010 as a Contract Performance and Operations Specialist, where they provided guidance to Medicaid leadership and providers on various policies, legislation, rates, and regulations. During their time there, they collaborated with multiple governmental agencies such as CMS, CDPHE, and OBH.

Matt Ullrich completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at Webster University from 2003 to 2007. Matt then pursued a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
