Colorado Ballet
Julie Anderson is a seasoned dance professional with a comprehensive background in instruction and performance. As the Owner and Instructor at Lakewood Dance Academy since June 2014, Julie has cultivated a thriving dance environment. Concurrently, Julie serves as an Instructor at Colorado Ballet since January 2010 and has been a Performer with Louder Than Words Dancetheatre since November 2008. Prior experience includes a role as an Instructor at Parker Dance Academy from January 2007 to June 2014. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance from the University of Idaho, completed between 2001 and 2005.

Colorado Ballet enhances the cultural life of Colorado through performances of the professional company, training at the Academy, and Education & Community Advancement programs. The 2016-2017 season includes Swan Lake; The Nutcracker; Ballet MasterWorks with Firebird, Serenade and Petite Mort; and The Little Mermaid.
