Laura Hickernell

Laura Hickernell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic management and program leadership across various sectors, including cleantech, nonprofit, and financial services. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Colorado Cleantech Industries Association, Laura focuses on promoting Colorado’s cleantech industry. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Oxford Impact Collaborative, where Laura fostered global collaboration for local solutions, and Program Management at Mothers Out Front and Everytown for Gun Safety, overseeing campaigns aimed at climate solutions and gun violence prevention. With a strong academic background that includes multiple degrees from Columbia Business School and Harvard University, Laura's expertise also encompasses business analysis and credit evaluation, having held senior positions at Level 3 Communications, American Express, AIG, and APG Investments.
