Beth Davis

Beth Davis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management, benefits administration, and workforce development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and previously occupying roles such as Workforce Development & Training Manager and HR Manager at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since September 2012, Beth has been instrumental in policy creation, performance management coaching, and HR metrics reporting. Key accomplishments include participation in HRIS and payroll system conversions, development of manager training programs, and leadership of a major annual event for over 500 employees. Prior experience includes roles as HR Director at Parker Personal Care Homes and HR Coordinator at Deep Rock Water, where Beth managed various HR functions and ensured compliance with benefits administration.
