Brianna Francis is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Program Manager for Family Support Services at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Brianna worked as a Case Manager at Mercy Housing from April 2014 to September 2021, focusing on providing resources and support to single parents in transitional housing. Brianna's earlier experiences include clinical internships at the University of Colorado's Addiction Research Treatment Services and The Gender Identity Center of Colorado, as well as roles in administrative and data entry positions at various organizations. Brianna holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from Beloit College.

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families and individuals experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. Since its founding more than 30 years ago, the organization has earned state and national recognition for its integrated healthcare, housing, and service programs. The Coalition’s comprehensive approach addresses the causes of homelessness, as well as the consequences, offering critical assistance to over 18,000 individuals and families each year. Positions at the Coalition span more than 50 programs and offer a variety of employment opportunities in a trauma-informed environment. We value staff development and training, within a culturally diverse workforce, that promotes innovative thinking and creative approaches to out work.
