Courtney Burns

Courtney Burns is an accomplished behavioral health professional with extensive experience in counseling and clinical supervision. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Behavioral Health & Substance Use Services at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since January 2019, Courtney previously held positions including Behavioral Health Clinician and Clinical Counselor at Restoring Hope Counseling and Coaching, Inc., and counselor roles at BrightView, Maryhaven, Inc., and New Hanover Metro Treatment Center. Notably, Courtney has demonstrated expertise in trauma-specific counseling through the Seeking Safety Program and has managed clinical teams while conducting assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology-Sociology, both from Ohio University.
