Dr. Nicholas Manning

Dr. Nicholas Manning serves as the Equity and Administration Director at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, overseeing the development and implementation of equity programs while ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, Dr. Manning held leadership roles at Support Inc., including Director of Organizational Development and Director of People Operations, and was responsible for enhancing community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Dr. Manning has also worked as an Executive Leadership and Career Coach at GROWING SELF, LLC, and as a Lead Residential Manager at Devereux, where contributions were made to the leadership team overseeing programs for at-risk youth. Early career experience includes providing therapeutic support to adolescents as a Direct Care Worker at Alternative Homes for Youth. Dr. Manning holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
