Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee currently serves as the Director of Equity and Belonging at Hamlin Robinson School, focusing on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. In addition to this role, Jonathan is the founder of Bridging Legacies Across Campuses LLC, which aims to connect Students of Color with predominantly white institutions in an empathic and inclusive manner. Previous experience includes positions as Director of Admissions and Upper School Dean of Students at Seattle Academy, as well as extensive roles in admissions and student life at Episcopal High School. Jonathan holds an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the same institution.
