Heather Shockey

Heather Shockey has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Heather is currently the Human Resources Director at Colorado Doorways, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive Senior HR Consultant at REO Consulting, LLC since June 2018. From January 2010 to March 2018, they served as the HR Director for Outsourced Consulting Services at Employers Council, and before that, they worked as an HR Consultant from June 2004 to January 2010 at the same company. Heather's career started at TTEC in 2000, where they worked as an HR Generalist from January 2000 to November 2003, and later as an HR Business Analyst II from November 2003 to June 2004.

Heather Shockey has a Master of Education degree (MEd) from Montana State University Billings. Heather also holds a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, Heather Shockey has obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
