Jimmy Luthye

Jimmy Luthye is an experienced public address announcer and media relations professional. Currently serving as the Public Address Announcer for Colorado Eagles Professional Hockey, LLC and the University of Colorado Boulder, Luthye has a long history of announcing for various sports, including football, basketball, and volleyball at the university level, as well as hockey and lacrosse for the University of Denver. In addition to announcing, Luthye holds the position of Senior Media Relations Coordinator at Denver Water, after previous roles in media relations and communications across different organizations, including Arcadis and Denver International Airport. Luthye co-founded Overtime Sports Net, providing commentary and producing audio content, and has also announced at significant events such as the Vail Valley Foundation’s alpine skiing award ceremonies. Luthye earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
