Courtney Karst

Courtney Karst currently serves as the Manager of Professional Services at Mitratech since December 2022 and has been the Head Volleyball Coach for the 12's girls team and Assistant Coach for the 16s boys team at FRONT RANGE VOLLEYBALL CLUB INC since July 2023. With a robust coaching background, Courtney has been a Volleyball Coach for the Colorado High School Activities Association since July 2015, and previously held various roles at talentReef from December 2015 to January 2023, including Manager of Customer Success and Project Manager. Earlier coaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Front Range Volleyball Club from November 2013 to April 2017. Courtney began a professional volleyball career as a player for Jakarta BNI 46 in early 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2012.
