Michael Krueger

Michael Krueger, Ed.S., CMAA, currently serves as Commissioner at the Colorado High School Activities Association since July 2022. Previously, Michael held multiple leadership roles, including Acting Senior Director of Football Education and Director of Coaching at USA Football from May 2018 to February 2023, and Director of District Athletics and Activities at Aurora Public Schools from July 2014 until June 2018. Academic contributions include a position as Assistant Professor at Metro State University Denver from August 2016 to May 2018. Michael also served as Athletic Director/Assistant Principal at Palisade High School from August 2005 to June 2014. Educational qualifications encompass an Ed.S. in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Adams State College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Colorado Mesa University.
