Shelley Ervin

Shelley Ervin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, mortgage financing, and event management. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority since June 2011, Shelley trains lenders, realtors, and borrowers on home financing options. Additionally, as President of the Winter Park Place Home Owners' Association since January 2011, Shelley leads community efforts. Previously, as the top loan officer at Clarion Mortgage Capital from September 2005 to June 2011 and a director for the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers from 2007 to 2009, Shelley demonstrated exceptional expertise in residential loans. Early career roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Table Mountain Inn and Special Events Manager for the American Cancer Society, among others. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Classical Piano from Ohio University.
