Karen Masciulli

Karen Masciulli currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Colorado Legal Services, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Karen was the Director of Legal Talent at the Colorado Attorney General's Office from March 2020 to May 2024, and served as the Director of Talent Analytics & Coaching at Diversity Lab from December 2015 to March 2020. During this time, Karen played a pivotal role in the OnRamp Fellowship, focusing on recruiting and managing candidates for a platform that assists experienced women in re-entering the workforce. This effort included leveraging data analytics to enhance hiring practices, achieving an impressive 85% retention rate of Fellows post-fellowship. Earlier in the career, Karen held various roles at the University of Colorado Law School, including Director of Alternative Careers and Director of Public Sector & Externships. Karen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Michigan.
