Paul Duba, MPA, PCC, NCC has a diverse background in coaching, facilitation, and training. Paul is the Principal and Owner of Point-B Coaching where they enable clients to re-think what is possible and commits to creating changes that matter to them. Paul is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach at Positive Intelligence and a Professional Certified Coach at the International Coaching Federation. With experience as an Executive Coach at CI International, Inc., a Program Manager at Outward Bound Professional, Veterans Programs, and roles at various educational institutions and training centers, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development and experiential learning.

Paul Duba's education history includes a BS in Forestry from the University of Vermont (1976-1981), an MPA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver (1995-2000), and certifications in Ontological Coaching from the Newfield Network (2013), Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (2023), and various coaching certifications including PCC and NCC.
