Constantino Rodriguez 1st has over two decades of experience in the meat production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Colorado Premium since June 2008. Rodriguez has held various roles, including Operations Manager, Retail Steak Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Prior to this position, Rodriguez gained experience at JBS, where roles included General Foreman, Production Supervisor, Production Team Lead, and Production Associate from June 2000 to June 2008. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Aims Community College, set to complete in August 2025.
