Leonel Ruiz

Leonel Ruiz currently serves as Superintendent at DemKota Ranch Beef since July 2024. In addition, Leonel holds the position of Operations Manager Assistant at JBS, a role started in January 2019. Further experience includes a longstanding tenure at Colorado Premium, where Leonel works as both General Manager and Plant Manager since August 2008.
