Emma MacKoy

Emma Mackoy is a skilled data specialist with significant experience in database management and optimization. Currently, at Colorado Public Radio, Emma effectively resolved over 16,000 duplicate donor records and manages ongoing data maintenance initiatives. Previously, as Development Database Coordinator at Food Bank of the Rockies, Emma spearheaded the integration of a Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data integrity for over 250,000 constituents, while also leading cross-functional collaborations to enhance data processes. Emma's earlier roles included Lead Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteer Relations Representative, where innovative data management strategies and volunteer engagement initiatives were implemented.
