Aaron Girard

Aaron Girard is a highly experienced geophysicist with a proven track record in academia and industry. Currently serving as an Associate Researcher at the Colorado School of Mines and an Associate Research Fellow at the Center for Wave Phenomena since July 2019, Aaron has also completed a Ph.D. at The University of Western Australia focusing on seismic data processing and imaging. Prior roles include Co-Founder of RARE Services, LLC, and Workflow Geophysicist at WesternGeco, where Aaron developed algorithms for seismic data migration and inversion. Educational accomplishments include advanced degrees in Applied Geophysics from renowned institutions such as Delft University of Technology, ETH Zürich, and RWTH Aachen University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
