Jennifer Healy

Jennifer Healy, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent & HR for University Advancement at Colorado State University since October 2021. With extensive experience in workforce development, Jennifer previously held the position of Workforce Development Manager at Seattle City Light, where leadership was provided to a team dedicated to training 1,900 employees. Earlier roles at the University of Washington included Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Coordinator of Student Development, contributing to fundraising initiatives and overseeing student organizations, respectively. Jennifer's career began at Roosevelt University as a Counselor in TRiO Programs, supporting first-generation, low-income college students. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Post-Secondary Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
