Latoya N. Noel has extensive experience in academic support and residential life within higher education. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Advising Training & Development and Academic Support Coordinator at Colorado State University since January 2010, Latoya Noel focuses on facilitating successful student transitions, major exploration, and timely graduation. Previously, Latoya Noel held roles at Colorado College, including Area Coordinator and Resident Life Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed supervising large residential communities, training staff, and developing initiatives to support historically underrepresented student populations. Latoya Noel earned a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Radford University.
