Madison Mince

Madison Mince is a Major Gift Officer and Ram Club Strategy Officer at Colorado State University, responsible for developing and implementing the Ram Club strategy, managing social media, and generating over $300,000 in athletics revenue since May 2023. Previously, as a Blue-N*-Gold Intern at the United States Naval Academy, Madison generated over $40,000 in new fundraising and ticket revenue, and engaged directly with donors to enhance their experience. Madison also interned with the Tiger Athletic Fund at Towson University, where responsibilities included collaborating on fundraising strategies and utilizing Excel for donor reporting. Madison Mince holds a Master's in Sport Management from Colorado State University, expected in December 2025, and a Bachelor's in Sport Management and Business Administration from Towson University.
