John Ditore

John DiTore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career in 1993 as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Visteon, where they achieved significant cost savings and process improvements. John then advanced to the role of Operations Team Leader, supervising a large team and ensuring production schedules were met. In 2001, John became a Six Sigma Black Belt at Visteon, leading projects and reducing defects. In 2003, they became an Industrial Engineering Supervisor, implementing standardized approaches to process improvement.

In 2009, John joined Oberthur Technologies as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt, where they continued to apply their expertise in process improvement and achieved results until 2015.

John then joined Colorcon in 2015 as a Continuous Improvement Manager, later becoming Supply Chain Manager. At Colorcon, they were responsible for managing the supply chain and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Most recently, in 2022, John joined Pratt & Whitney as the Associate Director of Industrial Engineering.

John DiTore has a strong educational background in business and engineering. John obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University - Engineering, attending from 1987 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. John further enhanced their educational qualifications by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, studying between 1999 and 2003.
